Error reporting: Wii NAND breaks 2+ Wiimote compability

I've used the NAND of my Wii and because of it i can't use the second wiimote in games.
In some games like NSMB Wii even normal controllers break.
(If i've posted it in the wrong forum then move it to the correct one, couldn't find the Error Reporting forum)
