Dolphin Master (since 9115) and Ishiiruka are presenting this same error. Updated my drivers, but problem persists.
Actually, it started on Master, then tested on Ishiiruka and they look the same error.
Could you help me?

What happens if you switch to Vulkan or OpenGL? If D3D11 keeps acting like that, the easiest solution would be to change backends in Dolphin.

In my tests, only Vulkan didn't present this problem, but it's still too slow and stutter.
I can't format PC for next month that's why I asked for your help.

You might possibly check into using earlier development revisions. If the latest has issues, try using a one from a few weeks ago and see if it has that same problem. While we generally recommend the latest, there's no reason to keep using it if a regression created a bug. If you do manage to find out which exact revision causes D3D11 to generate this error, let someone know so a bug report can be filed, or alternatively make a bug report yourself.

Thank You. I'll try your suggestion.

Vulkan doesn't present this error. I've played for four hours and nothing happened, but on Direct3D11 and OpenGL break frequently.
The only problem is that Vulkan doesn't run fine. It stutter and slows.
This situation gives me two choices: Direct3D11 and OpenGL abusing of savestate or Vulkan with issues.
