Which version of Dolphin is this? In the folder where Dolphin.exe is, is there a Sys folder?

The Dolphin Emulator in Documents should be kept in Documents.
In the Resources folder in the Sys folder, is there a file called rating0.png?
Yes there is a file called rating0.png in the Resources folder but I got two folders one called Dolphin-x64 and Dolphin Emulator, they both go in documents?

No, only "Dolphin Emulator" goes in Documents.

For the sake of keeping things simple...
When you download Dolphin's development version, extract the Dolphin-x64 folder wherever you like. This holds everything Dolphin needs. The Dolphin Emulator folder that exists in Documents is your "User" folder. It holds your settings, save files, SD card image, and shader cache. You don't need to do anything there. Dolphin creates those files as needed. |
