hii,
i'am trying to run pokemon colosseum on dolphin 2.0 on windows 7 os .
when i load the image and click play the following massages come up :
1) error loading plugins/pluin_gcpadnew.dll
2)can't init any pad plugins
3)could init the core , check your configurations .

could somebody help .

i read the thread it linked me with a thread about everything related to plugin errors .
and there i've read that this errors because of my video card ?
cause i have :
mobile intel gma 4500mhd

if this is true is there any way to fix this ?

and you have to use the DX9 plugin.

how can i do that ?
when clicking on config->plugins
there is no plugins for pad or wiimote it's empty list (although i have the directories in the path tab with the box of search subfolders checked )why is that ?

The "Getting Started With Dolphin" thread tells you how! Sounds like you didn't read the thread at all.

i did this , i've downloaded this file before but it gave me an error :
an internal error occured , return to directx.log to determine ......

i tried running dolphin on ubuntu in sunvirtual it didn't gave me any errors it just starts a black window , probably cause its in a virtual machine , but on windows 7 which is the host os it gave me the errors above (and i have directx 11 installed )
