Error loading plugins plugin_wiimote.dll

Hi guys, looking for some help. Getting Error loading plugins plugin_wiimote.dll. I've checked the faqs and google and made sure I've done all the basic steps to T/S the issue.
OS: Windows 2008 R2 server
Installed:
1. dxupdater plus February 2010 dx9
2. Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable both 32 and 64
3. Visual C++ 2008 both 32 and 64.
None of the dolphin versions work (giving the same error) including latest 2.0 both 32 and 64, EXCEPT
dolphin 4771 32bit which works just fine. Any of the other builds don't work unless I swap the wiimote dll from 4771. Of course swapping dll in 2.0 doesn't work.
That seems like a pretty weired issue to me. What would be the next step to troubleshoot the issue?

Maybe the build you are trying to run use the June SDK

Directx setup has determined that newer or equivalent version is already installed...
Is there anybody that can confirm and tested Dolphin under 2008 R2 ?

Get a more recent dolphin build: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html

If you still have issues use dependency walker to figure out what is causing them. http://www.dependencywalker.com/
