Error Loading Plugins

Hi Guys,
I've just installed Dolphin for the first time and I've downloaded a MarioKart.iso, but I'm having a few problems.

Dolphin launches fine I'm able to Browse to the iso and load it into the main window.

However, when i press play i get this warning
[color=#9400D3]"ERROR LOADING PLUGINS/PLUGIN_DSP_HLE.DLL: CAN't FIND FILE"[/color]

If I click [color=#9400D3]OK[/color] I get
[color=#9400D3]"CAN"T INIT DSP PLUGIN"[/color]

When I click [color=#9400D3]OK[/color] again I get
[color=#9400D3]"COULDN'T INIT THE CORE. CHECK YOUR CONFIGURATION"[/color]

I'm pretty new to all this so any help would be really appreciated.

You should have downloaded an iso. Anyway, have you installed the latest version of DirectX?

I just downloaded the directx and am wondering why my game still wont work. I'm trying to run the yugioh falsebound kingdom iso i got from emuparadise and whenever i try and run it i get those same errors.

I think that anybody is going to help because almost all active users of this forum doesn't support warez stuff, like downloaded ISOs...
