why do i get this message and then dolphin crashes?

even if i re-download dolphin it says this.....

i didn't put my files for wii menu in and tryed this and it still doesn't work......

i took out the lle files and it still doesn't work

help i want to get back to testing game for my thread in the game disscussion forum for low end cpu's
