Error exporting saves?

Hi everyone,

Here is my problem: as my AR GC disc passed away some times ago I wanted to export my GC game saves from my wii to load it on Dolphin, make some codes and then send it back to the console. I have no problem with the first part, I can export my save into .cgi file, load it with the emulator, cheat, play and when I export the save then load it with NuGaSa it seems to work but the save is in fact corrupted. I already loaded saves with NuGaSa so I thought the problem came from dolphin exporting the save.

Have you tried other Dolphin revisions, like the official 3.0 release or the latest git version?

what games? some games will not (easily) work due to protection, F-zero/Pokemon Colosseum for instance.
Are you using a third party or official memory card? most if not all wii homebrew does not work correctly with official memory cards.
