error after updating

So basically after updating dolphin it started throwing this error at me "ios_fs failed to rename temporary fst file". I've checked that its allowed through my antivirus, and have even tried disabling it to no avail. I got around the issue for the moment by manually downloading 5.0-14790 which seems to work fine(as long as i don't let it update to 14792 anyway, then the problem comes back). Any ideas what the heck the issue is?
