alright, sorry to tell u this but intels onboard gpu chipsets dont support opengl fully, and since its a laptop u cant really install a video card easily. im afraid your only option would be to get the old dx9 plugin and an older version of dolphin, which wont really be worth it. is there another computer u can use?

no its your opengl that is the problem. the directx plugin has been broken for a while so u need to find the old dx plugin and use the older version of dolphin that still supports it.

Wel that didn't help at all, still the same error

even if you got dolphin running on the dx9 plugin, you wouldnt be able to render fast enough with that crappy card
