Erro with dolphin 5.0 for windows 7

I installed dolphin 5.0x64, but when i open it it says "La aplicación no se pudo iniciar corectamente (0xc000007b).Haga clic en Aceptar para cerrarla"-[The app has not iniciated correctly (0xc000007b)]. Sorry for my english, please help .

Make sure your OS is up-to-date and you have installed the proper redistributable:

What about the latest 5.0 dev builds, does the issue still happen in the latest version?
