Dolphin doesn't need that much RAM, I'd say 1gb is enough, 2gb for comfort...

But the 64-bit would help a little.

Hmmm... I learn this trick from a guy here, instead of using [color=#FF0000]JITIL recompiler[/color] as its slow... try using [color=#006400]Video->JLT recompiler [/color]with Display-> Progrssive Scan. Also to fix the image tearing first disable "Accurate Texture Cache" and Enable "EFB scale to fractional" but it will cost you like 5-10 fps.

yeah i know, sorry, but i'm quite for sure you got the point... besides i was very tried when post that message it was almost around 11:00am, anyways if tweaks can no longer help try different Dolphin revision.
