After the Captain Hook fight, when i take the projector back to mean street i go thru the level and then on the next projector my game gets an error on the loading screen. it reads "Invalid read from 0x55440000, PC = 0x809f6b14, and then also another error pops up saying "write" instead of "read," happens constantly even when I've changed settings and other stuff, and is preventing me from progressing.

Make sure your ISO isn't corrupt. You can check that by right-clicking the game on Dolphin's Game List then going to Properties => Filesystem tab then right clicking the partition 1 and choosing "Check Partition Integrity"...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)
