Entry point could not be located

[Novasco]

I'm a complete newbie with computers but decided to try and download Dolphin because I wanted to play skies of arcadia, however I cant seem to get the software to run

I get the attached message whenever I try to open Dolphin, and I already tried downloading the visual c++ thing went through the whole procedure and then restarted my pc but Dolphin still gives me the same popup and doesn't open
   


can someone help me out I have no idea what I'm doing on my own and can't find any other threads that solved this issue.
