ENB Series (Bloom, DOF etc)

I have been using ENB Series with RFactor for a while. I can also confirm it works in Dolphin. Happy Testing.
First, I have delete the cgd3d9.dll.
copy this 2 things (d3d9.dll, ENBSeries.ini) in the main folder (where the dolphin exe is).
You can change many things in the enbseries.ini.
