Well you can't do anything until the encryption has been cracked, they use a big key which might take a super-computer to crack, it is hard to run homebrew because the 360 executable needs to contain the Microsoft Signature , one trick was to use the vulnerabilities in the kernel to get control of the system (of course MS could patch that). So the 360 is pretty tightly secured.
