I would try disabling "Override Emulated CPU Clock Speed". Also, try using Vulkan instead of GL.

It's like I said, the problem starts with the compilation 5.0-12298 - "Android: increase targetSdkVersion to 29" - in Dolphin buildbot. In the previous build, there is no such problem. Isn't there someone who can test the latest version (5.0-12298) on a Snap 845, Android 10 phone and see if it reproduces this problem? 07-17-2020, 12:48 AM
Thanks for finding the change that caused it. I will try to undo that change for now, assuming I can't find the actual fix quickly.
