In version 5.0-12298 the emulator stops working when entering a game and after that message appears:
"Question"
"MemroyMap_Setup: Failed finding a memory base."

And it didn't appear until the previous version - 5.0-12296

Device: Galaxy Note 9, SD 845, Adreno 630 GPU

I would try disabling "Override Emulated CPU Clock Speed". Also, try using Vulkan instead of GL.

I tested. It did not solve the problem. It's like I said, the problem starts with the compilation

5.0-12298 - "Android: increase targetSdkVersion to 29" - in Dolphin buildbot. In the previous build, there is no such problem.

Isn't there someone who can test the latest version (5.0-12298) on a Snap 845, Android 10 phone and see if it reproduces this problem?

Thanks for finding the change that caused it. I will try to undo that change for now, assuming I can't find the actual fix quickly.
