Except most Xeons from 2001-2005 and some from 2005-2007. Seriously though there are a lot of single core Xeons that will run dolphin. It's just that nobody uses them anymore.
The only models that could possibly run Dolphin that you're talking about are the Foster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Int...8180_nm.29) and some Irwindale (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Int...2890_nm.29). The other single-core Xeons are hyper-threaded.
