Emulator, AR, and Gecko Issues

I have dolphin 4.0 - 1707 it is a pretty recent build, and even with just 4.0 it does the same thing it is odd. I would think any cheat would work myself but alas barely any work. Thanks for the advice though, you got any other ideas?
