Unfortunately, no. All of the GameCube controller adapters on the market (even the official wii u adapter!) convert controller inputs to HID before Dolphin can access it. For options like the GBA to work, Dolphin would need access to the pure Serial Input, but nothing available lets it do that. Sorry. There has been some discussion of a possible custom firmware for a GameCube adapter, but no one has bothered.
