Emulation Speed over 100 percent, help

I am trying to run Super Mario Galaxy 2, I used to get about 90 percent speed, and then I installed gamebooster by Razer and used the settings on the bottom of the wiki page for Super Mario Galaxy 2 found here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Mario_Galaxy_2 Afterwards my emulation speed went up over 200 percent and everything moved too fast and the audio sped up.

I tried setting framelimit to audio and it fixes the audio and sets the speed to 100 percent, the problem is that causes the game to run at 30 fps which is extremely slow for some reason. I tried everything to get the fps higher but it is like it is locked at 30 since I set the framelimit to audio. How can I get the fps higher or how can I get the emulator to run at normal speed without using framelimit set to audio? Any help is appreciated.

1) Don't use GameBooster (hint: it sucks)
2) Upgrade to a newer development revision (not 4.0.1 or 4.0.2, those are stable builds and old and slow).

Have you tried setting it to "Auto" or to 60?

Turning off V-Beam worked, thanks. Unfortunately the game is now running slow as usual. Oh well.

It's a hack to make things go faster; it usually doesn't work.
