emulation of wiimote on android

hi, when i search in google play if a wiimote simulator exist to replace a real wiimote, i only found any applications to use a real wiimote to control the android device...

i ask if :

1) where can i found a wiimote simulator for android ?
2) can you (dolphin team) create a wiimote simulator for android ? (to use with dolphin)
