I am trying to use my iPhone as a Wiimote. I've downloaded iController (with no luck finding any documentation, of course) and I've paired my iPhone to my new bluetooth dongle.

However nothing is coming up under the IP address for the server (it is showing up as 0.0.0.0, which is clearly wrong), and the app doesn't seem to recognize Dolphin when it is running.

Is there anything else I can do?

Is Skyward Sword Motion Plus? And if so, do I need to do anything else? (Download a separate build, or anything of that nature).

Thanks in advance.

Have documentation. Best as it gets, at any rate.
