Emulating Smash Bros Brawl

Hi people!

Im posting here because i'm trying everything to solve this problem. I want to emulate Smash Bros Brawl at 100% emulation speed or something like that, but I cant! In some simple stages I get like 85% speed, but in other i can hardly reach 50% speed.

It's Funny, because in Adventure Mode i can reach like 95-100% emulation speed, running in his optimals.

I'm Emulating other games like Mario Kart Wii and New Super Mario Bros Wii at 100% speed. In the website, under configuration tutorial, it says that games like Smash Bros can run at a excesive speed, but im getting the opposite XD Ive tried everything, like no AA filter, low resolution, low textures, etc, but i have no improvements.

My Machine is:
AMD Athol II QuadCore 3.0GHz
Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 5670 512MB GDDR5
4GB RAM 1333MHz DDR3

I'm thinking in overclocking my HD 5670 but i'm not sure. If anyone can give a solution or some tips, i'll be glad.

Thanks Big Grin

I'm using the setting in the website for speed, all to the minimum Sad

Maybe try using JitIL, This helps me get full speed on many games, and i have similar/maybe slightly lower specs then you.

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)

JITIL should only be faster, if a 32-bit OS is used.

JITIL = speed up on 32-Bit OS
JIT = speed up on 64-Bit OS

btw: The performance guide is outdated, try this settings -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23618

I'm using the setting in that post, but I get 65% emulation speed in 4 players games.
