Everytime I try to make my mouse pointer move with the finger(wiimote location) on the screen it is way off. When I'm in the middle of the window/screen its right on the dot then when I move it up, down, left, right it gets a little further away from the mouse but when I go back to the middle it's right on the dot(together)...

I have tried adjusting everything from window size to aspect ratio but I can't seem to get this thing to stay with the mouse. Any suggestions?

For me, it measures the center like yours, in the middle of the emus window, when no game is running, then once a game is running, it follows the render window. As for the desync with the mouse, it's because games uses different IR settings, so you will have to adjust the Center, Width and Height settings for each game

Yes, adjust the "width" and "height" settings under IR.

I have the same problem with a freshly downloaded Dolphin 3.0 64 bit and default settings. Changing settings like the display resolution or the IR settings didn't really help.
