Emulated Wiimote not working in-game

Hey folks,

me and a friend just wanted to play some Fatal Frame 4.

So we configured plugged in a 360 controller, configured a emulated wiimote(after this blueprint: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/attachment.php?aid=9139, https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/attachment.php?aid=9138), and started the game.

The wiimote worked in the start menu - we could move the cursor, select everything and so on.
However, after the first cutscene when the game gives you control - nothing works!
Ar first, at least getting in the menu worked(moving the cursor didn't) but after reconfiguring the wiimote - not even that worked!

Now that was a fast reply!

And it did work - for some reason it auto disconnected the wiimote after loading the game.
