Hello, I'm running Windows 8 currently, and for some reason, Dolphin 3.5's emulated IR works for every game, but when I switch to 4.0+(which I would prefer) it ceases to function.

I use those exact controls in the pictures I posted there, and it doesn't work. Thank you for looking
