Emulated wiimote ir pointer calibration

Hi, I'm wondering if there exists more configuration in wiimote config than "center", "width", and "height"? I'm playing Trauma Center and the cursor is offset a lot. Is there an absolute positioning offset option somewhere, or game ini to edit?
