Hi,

Didn't knew what thread name I should use, but you'll understand what I mean.

In the past, before the 4.0, I was able to attribute on an emulated Wiimote any controller I wanted, and play with all of them at the same time, but since the 4.0 apparently, I can't do that.

For example, I'm bored playing Mario Galaxy with a real Wiimote (battery is boring, moving arms anywhere too, and don't talk about the wireless sensor bar battery which is hell), so I want to play with my Mouse to aim the screen, but using the keyboard is not really the best thing if you wanna have a stick to move Mario, not enough precision (can't walk for example), so I used to attribute part of the controls to the mouse (A, B, shake the wiimote to attack, aim the screen), and the other parts on my gamepad, so I have a stick and buttons I can use like C and Z on a Nunchuk, and I may attribute others on it (like D-pad, Start and Select for - and + ...), and it was great, I was playing easily like I wanted.

But since 4.0 I can't, the only working emulated buttons are those on the selected controller in the options, so I can only use mouse or gamepad at the same time, not both.

So, is there a way to play with an emulated wiimote using mouse and gamepad at the same time?
Thanks

Don't use the auto detection for the mouse movement (ir), set it to cursor + and - instead of axis + and - respectively and it will work fine.

Hum... this just change the settings for aiming screen, and that's not I want, also it f*** up the aiming because the mouse don't aim where she point on the screen but she act like a stick of gamepad which is not what I want, default settings are good the problem is not here.

I want to attribute gamepad and mouse at the same time to play but Dolphin don't let me use both at the same time, he uses only the gamepad or the mouse.

I'll try to be more clear, still using Mario Galaxy for example.

I want to play SMG with an Emulated Wiimote, so I go in the Wiimote options, I select in Wiimote 1 an Emulated Wiimote and I configure it.
In the configuration menu I can select the Device, default on Mouse/Keyboard, and with buttons like A on click 1, so the left click allow me to jump, middle click to attack, and the mouse is configure with Cursor Y/X/+/- so it allow me to aim on screen with mouse, that's what I want.
After that, I change the Device to DIput Rumble Pad 2, so I can use and configure my Rumble Pad 2 as controller.
I configure then the Nunchuk to use my RP2 stick as the Nunchuk stick, so I can move Mario (run, walk, precisly choose the direction), C and Z are on my RP2 on buttons 5 and 7, so it's like I have a nunchuk in my hand when I play.
I also may configure my RP2 to use buttons 9 and 10 as - and +, left stick button as shake the nunchuk for example, buttons 1 2 3 4 as wiimote 1 and 2, and DPad of my RP2 as the DPad of the Wiimote.
So I can play easily to Mario Galaxy this way, using both gamePad AND mouse at the same time.

But since the 4.0 Dolphin don't let me do it.
In the configuration menu, if I select my Mouse/Keyboard as controller in the game it works, I may move my mouse on screen and select a game with A (click 1), but no way to move, the RP2 is not used, but if I select my RP2 as Device, then i can move and use every action set on it, but Dolphin don't use anymore the mouse, so I can't aim the screnen, jump or anything.

And in the past it worked!!!
I want to play like this again, so I wanna know a way to tell Dolphin to use every controller I configured, no matter which one is selected in the Device selection.

Oh, and the Emulated Wiimote Hybrid is worst, it still not works like I would, and he just tell me there's no wiimote connected, but if I use the Home button oif the Wiimote it works, strange.

Okay, resolved https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/images/smilies/smile.gif

In the end I changed the way to configure it.
I don't know why but it's a method that is boring to configure it now.
I need to leave Mouse/Keyboard as Device, and when I want to attribute a button of the wiimote or nunchuk to tha Rumble Pad 2 I need to right click on the button I want to change, select the RP2 as device for him, select the axe/button I want to attribute in the list of the RP2 buttons and axes available, apply and click OK.
This way the configuration menu doesn't just tell which button is used, he start by showing the name of the Device, so he really considere it.
Tried it and it works.
The problem is that it's harder to configure, takes time, and it's easy to choose the wrong axe for sticks.
