Emulated wiimote help

I just ripped skyward sword and figured out how to combine the isos, when to launch the game and it works great. I want to play with an Xbox 360 controller, and have found some people with good configuration files, but it keeps saying plug in the nunchuck is there any way to get around this with an Xbox controller?

Two things:
1: Skyward sword requires motion+ too. Even on an old attempt to emulate motion+ the game is still not complete able because you can't do the motions.
2: For other games you just set the extension in emulated wiimote to nunchuck and configure
