emulated wiimote + emulated connected classic controller problem

hi, i have an emulated wiimote and an emulated classic controller attacted, the wii menu doesnt seem to get input from the CC though is there any way to fix this as using a xbox360 controller as a wiimote doesnt work so well for the menu cheers

the Actual wii menu its self if you have emulated wiimote and CC as the pluged in attachment it wont use the CC on the wii menu like it does on the actual wii, this is also a problem when using the home pause menu in games
