Hi folks, long time Dolphin user (since around 2.0), first time poster here. I have a question regarding the connecting/disconnecting of emulated Wiimotes.
While playing through, sometimes the Wiimote will get disconnected, as a real Wiimote would in order to preserve battery life. I'm able to get it reconnected through the Tools > Connect Wiimote 1 option perfectly fine, and carry on playing as normal. My question is, though... why was that a thing that was emulated in the first place? An emulated Wiimote doesn't exactly need to preserve battery life, and it doesn't really add anything to the experience, having to reconnect the thing manually like we have to. Is there any option to just turn off the automatic disconnect completely?
