Emulated Tilt Analog Stick Directional Input?

Bello. I'm trying to map left and right Tilt rotation directionally, as opposed to tilting more when you move the stick towards the edge, on to an analog stick.

Down on the stick would translate to upside down wii remote rather than pulling up vertically. The Menu Hand finger thing would point down if stick down, right if stick right etc.

If no direction is pressed, it would stay at that angle and not automatically recentre until a new angle is.

Here's an illustration to better explain what i'm on about.

I want this for mapping the game Magnetica Twist, as this would enable it to control like Zuma on xbox.

Is there a way to do this with some function operator coding commands or anything else? thx.
