emulated nunchuck swing problem Spectrobes

In the game, i can swing the nunchuck horizontally because the protagonist caresses the Spectrobe. Verticaly, i don't know.
Does not work with swing, I had to use shake.
When I have to wake up the fossil, i have to move verticaly the wiimote and the nunchuck.
The game does not recognize the movement of the nunchuck!!!
I'm using 3.0-587 dolphin.
I've seen in some forums that this problem has not resolved 2 years.
Can anyone help me?
