Yes sorry, I thought you had problems with the game speed, the only thing you can do is post a picture of your current controls and since the sensitivity is different for every type of mouse you should try adjusting those settings.

well thats the thing that gets me tho, i dont think its just a case of sensativity, at least on my mouse's part cause left and right movement of the cursor works fine, its Up and down that drag for no apparent reason, and ive fiddled with just about every setting im comfortable with and nothing seems to effect it even the slightest.

I've been searching this and the main Skyward Sword threads for a few weeks now. There seems to be a lot of information here but no real guide or step by step walkthrough on getting the game to work properly both with the settings and the controls. I'm hitting a wall here and it is getting very difficult to find any information in this giant thread of 100+ pages.

If anyone can post or lead me to a post of how they have had success in getting this game to work with either a 360pad or keyboard/mouse I would be very grateful.

It seems I am missing a few of the settings int he emulated controller settings to adjust gyro range and a few other things as well. I am using build r7719 for windows 64bit. None of my current settings have been able to get past the main screen or allow the cursor to pop up and many of my configurations thus far have disabled the controls immediately upon starting the game.

I'm sure there are others in the same boat and a more helpful guide would be very much appreciated.

Yea, thats exactly how i feel <_< its maddening to have to try to dig through literally over 200 pages of forum posts to try to find answers to like, a single problem or something, and any fresh thread started immediately gets locked >_>

It's hard to search in this forum when "settings" or "Controls" are on almost every page and more specific searches return nothing at all.

yes i started with r7719 and replaced the .exe with jpeterson's build along with the .dll files. ive finally managed to get the sword swinging working, but its very finnicky. my profile doesnt always load when i start up the game and it often takes multiple tries to get it working. also, flying is completely impossible with my current controls. if anybody could recommend a control setup for gamepad id be very greatful. im using a dualshock 3 controller.
