Hi, i am using Dolphin Emulator on Android but some games run slow and fps are low. If I increase this option, the game performance also increases. But I wonder if I use the 'CPU Clock Speed' above 100%, will the phone be damaged? like this overclocking?

No, your phone won't be damaged by this option. It's not overclocking the phone's CPU, it's overclocking the emulated console, so to speak.

But if you're having problems with your phone not performing well enough, usually you want to decrease the emulated CPU clock, not increase it.

Thank you so much for your comment. So, for example, if I bring the value to 200%, I will have no problem?

Yes it's a bit weird. Everyone says I need to reduce the value for better performance, but when I reduce the value, the performance also decreases. I'm trying to play NFS Carbon, what's the problem?

There is a risk of Dolphin running worse (which you can always undo by changing it back to 100%), but nothing more than that.
