Whenever increasing Emulated CPU Clock to achieve a better frame rate on Spider-Man:The Movie it does what it is supposed to, while adding crackling audio. Crackling audio is not present when running at normal Emulated CPU Clock speeds. I have googled around and have found nothing on this. Game is at 100% speed at all times, regardless of the CPU Clock speeds. Any help or info on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am running a Ryzen 7 5800x with an RTX 2060 in case that makes any difference in why I am getting the results I am getting.
