Emulated controller not being detected

Okay! So I have fixed the issue! Dokapon Kingdom requires a wii remote to be connected to begin the game and as Netplay in dolphin 4.0.2 doesn't support Netplay with wii remotes, there was no work-around. Luckily, I tried to use the most recent development build of dolphin, which does support wii remotes in netplay, and it worked fine!
