Emulate sys menu (4.2) = 003 Error

If you go into the Wii settings it will tell you in the top right corner.

If it doesn't say 4.2 then you would never get "003 Error" as this was only introduced in that revision of the sys menu.
The 003 error is seen when changing the region of a Wii, so it's a bit strange to see it on dolphin.

Ok so I went to Wii options and take a wild guess what happened.... black screen! Disc menu works, channels work, and the clock/calander etc work but when i try to go into Wii settings the screen just turns black and sits there

Edit Again: I have version 4.0 PAL and 4.1 NTSC, I was able to check with a hex editor, so I guess your question is still unanswered.. sorry man
