Dolphin reports this error....

Now if I replace the SYSCONF with the original that comes with dolphin, I don't get any errors from dolphin, but still get the 003 Error.
I don't want to emulate a lower menu version, before someone suggests that.

*EDIT* I didn't want to bump the thread, but I'm thinking either you can't emulate 4.2 menu, or no one knows how yet, if that's the case maybe someone can post and tell me it can't be done ??
Is system menu the same as where all the channels are? Like the Wii menu? I have a PAL and NTSC NAND dump and both work fine as of revision 4397 (Havn't tested any after that), mabye it's a bad dump?
