This Happens whenever I Load a game

Ill get a black screen with yellow lettering and it will say the following

"Note: Option "EFBScale is overridden by game ini.
Warning: Opening the graphics condifuration will reset settings and might cause issues!
Dolphin D3D Video Backend."

I have a r7 260x if that means anything but I should be able to run it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

That message "EFBScale is overridden by game ini." probably has absolutely nothing to do with your problem. That message just tell you a specific graphics option is being overridden by the .ini file associated with this game. If you open up your graphics options during gameplay, you will cause any changes the .ini made to reset.

Black screens are either indicative of things like driver issues or more commonly, bad dumps of games. Which games are you trying to play? The easiest way to see if you have a corrupted game is to get Dolphin to compute the MD5 hash (right-click the game in Dolphin, go to Properties, go to the Info tab and hit the Compute button) and compare it with a database such as http://redump.org. If your hash does not match, you need to dump the game again.
