I noticed that the wiki information on two games (Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom and Luigi's Mansion) have graphics settings that are slightly inaccurate. However I have no idea how to edit a wiki, or even if I can, since I am such a new/infrequent user of the forums. So I was wondering if there was someone that can explain to me how to edit a wiki/someone I can direct my information to so it can be edited. As for whats wrong, in Battle for Bikini Bottom, there are more settings that can cause the blue box and red floor triangles to appear. As for Luigi's Mansion it doesn't mention that dual core mode makes Luigi's model glitch out from time to time. I have screenshots for Battle for Bikini Bottom but not Luigi's Mansion (my reflexes aren't fast enough to catch a screenshot of the model glitching). Also, sorry it this is the wrong place in the forums to post this, I had no idea where to put it so I assumed General Discussion was the best place to post.

Thanks, but I was also wondering if there was a guide or something on how to edit a wiki on the site. I don't come here all that often and I never have edited a wiki ever before and don't want to horribly screw up the page or something.

You need to have an account that can edit first by asking in the thread linked by Miksel12. Then you can edit any page by hitting "Edit" at the top right of the page. The Dolphin wiki uses a lot of what are called "Templates", basically there's special ways to add settings to pages, and there's specific formatting rules. However, a) there's not very many edits per day, so people (Kolano or I) will see your edits and can fix them, so you can't really screw up no matter what you do, and b) when you go to edit the page, there'll be little comments (within "<!-- -->" marks) in the text box for editing that will tell you where you can find some info on how each section of the wiki is formatted. For example, if you go to Luigi's Mansion, under "Configuration" when you go to edit is a comment that says: "
<!--A full list of options is available at Template:Config/doc-->". That refers to the page https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Template:Config/doc on the wiki, which contains a list of all the possible options for the Configuration chart template.

Basically, just jump in and mess with stuff. If you screw up, as long as you get onto the page the general information that you want put up, someone else will quickly come and format it right. Then you can see the changes they made in the page history, figure out how to do it next time, etc. That's how I learned how to use wikis from the Dolphin wiki, just by experimenting and seeing how my edits were fixed.

If you have a specific question, I can go into detail, since I've been maintaining the templates on the wiki for awhile and I know how they all work.

Thanks, this was exactly what I needed to know. I'm not going to be a major wiki editor as I don't have many Gamecube/Wii games and I don't have the patience to play things that I find boring or flat out bad games, plus finding the time to actually find and document these things, but its nice to know that when I do find something I can just fix the wiki article myself without having to wait on someone else.
