Hi, could I have permission to edit the wiki? My username is CounterfeitLlama and I noticed that there is a missing entry for the USB Passthrough devices that I wish to add.

For example I'm playing through Mario Sunshine at the moment and found that disabling Scaled EFB Copy fixes the graffiti being blocky but causes the heatwave effect to be pixelated. An option could be to use a gecko code to remove the heatwave effect. Is this information that I could slot into the 'Graffiti Behaves Oddly' section of the wiki or should it be put into the testing section? (09-16-2020, 06:13 AM)trace6x Wrote: Thank you! Just wondering what's the best way to edit the wiki? For the most part the wiki is only interested in options aligned with providing accurate emulation. The Enhancements section allows for some exception to that, but we currently only document problems caused by enhancement options, 16x9 codes, 60 FPS codes, and texture replacements. It can sometimes be tricky aligning with that, in your described case we're probably OK with documenting the issues with Scaled EFB Copy, but probably not the codes to disable the heatwave effect, since that's counter to accurately emulating the title (a pixelated heatwave is more accurate than none). Related to such I'd expect your "Same Racer FOV on Video Preference" submission to get reverted; since it's counter to accurately emulating the title, but I'm being lazy about doing so. (er, sorry, that was Crazy Muzzarino, but in any case) Refer the Wiki Conventions for some further details. 09-20-2020, 02:00 PM
