I'm not 100% exactly what this bug affects, so please check the edit here to make sure I got it right: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Smash_Bros._Brawl&curid=59&diff=151718&oldid=151382

Sorry, I must have missed the email for this reply. How about this for the "SDHC Cards" section instead? We can keep the 1st paragraph for closed issues and the 3rd paragraph for open ones:

It is recommended to use build 5.0-5821 or later for SDHC support to avoid issue 10636.

Support for Virtual SDHC cards (4-32GiB in size) was added in 5.0-5044, solving issue 8823. See here for help with creating a virtual SDHC card. The SDHC Extension 1.1[Bero] code [1] needs to be included in your GCT file found within sd.raw's \codes folder.

Both issue 10461 and issue 10514 are known to affect SD emulation and are more prominent when using a virtual SDHC card.

Also, for https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=World_of_Goo:
https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/9072 has been fixed for quite some time.
The audio issues seem to no longer be present.
The rating should probably be changed to 5 stars, as Dolphin already gives it 5 stars.

See https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/6265 for reference.

At this point it is best just to wait for the Wiki to be reopened, I remember reading that only 3 people had access to the wiki right now. Asking them to edit it upon your instructions is going to be quite tedious.

For the SDHC cards section I went for a chronological ordering, from initial support to issues that were resolved previously to issues still present. I think that's probably the best way to keep it. I'm glad at least that I didn't get anything wrong. World of Goo I just removed the issues since from what you linked they appeared to have been fixed pre-5.0, and changed the rating to 5 stars at your request.

It's more than 3, but not by a lot. I could try and list them completely but it would be pointless. Basically the accounts that can edit right now are the core Dolphin team and developers, the wiki's admins, and then a few others such as myself who were fortunate enough to not be affected by the bug. Honestly I took a few months break thinking that this would probably be sorted by the time I came back, only to find that apparently it hasn't been and I kind of left this thread hanging... oops.

World of Goo LGTM.
We can do chronological ordering, but the sentence about issue 10636 can be improved. The wiki currently suggests the issue was always present in Dolphin but it only occurred after SDHC support was introduced. Also, we should include language that indicates the behavior is incorrect.

How about replacing the sentence about issue 10636 with:
It is recommended to use build 5.0-5821 or later for SDHC support to avoid issue 10636.

When other SD-related issues are fixed, the recommended build number can be updated and the fixed issues can be added to the end of the sentence.

Hi,
i've joined in january 2017 and made one edit in this month. So this year I just wanted to be a bit more involved into the whole thing but couldn't edit something. The issue is known in the team but why does it take so long? The problem would be probably solved by adding the users manually to a new group or the still existing group (I've knowledge in using MediaWiki wikis for +10 years now). Normally this should happen automatically if you enter your email adress into a certain input field and the admin team activates you. But I can't provide my email adress here to verficiate myself.

So it would by really cool to solve this issue in the next few weeks. It's not that kind of problem for me to wait.

It's very simple for us to just enable edit rights for all registered accounts, but it wouldn't solve the main cause that made us lock down the wiki so tightly like it's now, which was the huge spam wave we got. I personally tested some possible solutions to this on a local MediaWiki install but I didn't go much further, and that's exactly why it's taking so long. Now that I'm in my college holidays, I hope to address this issue, for real, as soon as I can...

The issue was caused by a manual spammer AFAIK. They manually made accounts and fed it to a bot. And because mediawiki doesn't give a decent way to mass roll back changes without doing straight up DB backups, nobody has been particularly eager to open things back up again. Cleaning up what that spammer did was painful

Ok, when this accounts were made manually you can't really do anything against this, sadly. It's not nice. But I can wait.
