The FAQ states:
[By pushing the "Edit Config" button you can open the game settings file in a text editor and get full access to all supported per-game options (in a non-user friendly way). Unfortunately, the naming and usage of these settings isn't documented anywhere to this date.]

Is this still true? Is there anywhere I can go to look up the ini naming for all the settings?

I'm trying to set Soulcalibur II to run with the experimental JTTL CPU emulator engine.
In addition, Super Mario Sunshine needs EFB to RAM, but I'd like the default for other games to be EFB to Texture.

Where can I find the naming system for these variables and values?

Thanks.

You could use this thread as a starting point, but be warned, it's outdated. Some values are correct, others, not so much. Dunno if there's a good source that documents them all, but you could just look through some of the .ini files, and take a note of what options you do see (so you know which ones are possible).

Not sure if you can specify JITIL in the .ini settings, but I know from experience that Super Mario Sunshine, by default, already sets EFB Copies to RAM in its .ini file. It'll override your current settings even if you have it set to Texture when you start playing.

It may be that JTTL can't be set per game. I did a search for 'cpu' and 'engine' in all the game config txts, and turned up nothing, so if it can be set it isn't in any of my game configs yet.

Hmm. Sunshine was corrupting the memory card constantly. I had to keep exporting to GCI, making a fresh memcard file, and importing to save my progress and the other memory card data. I read that the fix was EFB to RAM, and as soon as I set that the problem disappeared.

Also, regarding your sig with your specs;
I'm thinking of building a similar computer. i5 2500k, GTX 560 Ti.
How well do you find Dolphin runs?
