So I managed to fix the issue. The NAND I was given was messing up my Wii system so I deleted it. This meant that I had to lose my Wii save data but it was only one game.
Here is the rundown.
Dolphin version is 5.0.
I'm using RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v513 from the NUS downloader ver.1.9.
I installed all the non stub IOS's from NUS because I read from this forum that installing these will allow dolphin to launch channels, wiiware, and virtual console games from the Wii menu (and it does).
I also installed a NAND I got from a friend.
Now here is the problem.
Whenever I launch a Channel or a Wiiware title from the game list, it takes me to the wii menu instead. This never happens when launching gamecube, regular wii, or virtual console games. This means that in order for me to play wiiware or go to the mii channel, I have to have had it installed to the wii menu beforehand.

The least I would like is for there to be a way to skip the wii menu like skipping the gamecube bios.
