first i love this fitness game and i hope to play it on dolphin but i can't play it because i don't have usb receiver 
is there any way to skip it and start the workout without usb receiver

If the game says it's required, it's required. Dolphin isn't capable of emulating any USB peripherals – you need a real one.

That doesn't mean it wasn't lost or bought without it, you could probably find it used online somewhere like ebay.
