EA SPORT ACTIVE WII

from some reason i cant play this game.
when i choose profile i get to select my shoes then press "NEXT"
and it stuck on the last screen. the game didnt crash just stay in the last screen.
my hardware: amd 955, ati 5879, 4GB 1600 DDr3, WIN7 64

hlp plz?
