Ea Active pinky screen and slow

Ea active it is pinky ingame and again low fps like 25fps, i have tried the settings from the other threads but nothing good, is there anything else i am missing or what

my specs are
dell xps 17
i5-460m
nvidia gt 435m 1gb vram
4gb ram
win7 ultimate sp1 x64
